Johanna’s focus is on IT project management and project management office.
In 8 years at IVU Traffic Technologies, she accompanied many IT projects as PMO or subproject manager, supported a startup in the field of gaming and in 2018/2019 a large implementation project at Deutsche Telekom IT.
Since the end of 2019, she is working for HR IT at Volkswagen (digitalization topics Travel Management and Group Organization).
In addition to the certification in Scrum and Prince2, Johanna was able to further develop her methodological skills and also accompanied projects as a test coordinator in test management as well as in service management.

Over 25 years of experience in international group-wide ERP/IT transformation programs

Focus Areas: Program and project management in SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP SRM as well as non-SAP systems projects.
Industry Expertise: Automotive, oil, telecommunications, and pharmaceutical industries.

Leading and implementing rollouts and deployments while ensuring alignment with local subsidiaries.
Extensive experience in data migration, test management, cutover management, integration management, and technical (development) management, including interface design and development.
