Since 2024 Energy Project Manager S/4HANA Rollout – Project Manager of the entire SAP S/4HANA Commercial Core project in a DAX-30 enterprise for the rollout to the largest sub-group. Steering of project team for Finance, Controlling, Procurement and Logistics along all project phases with overall team size of ~300 resources. Part of program leadership team and reporting to SVP- and C-Level stakeholders.
2022 – 2024 Energy Activist PMO Lead – Leader of the Activist PMO for several rollout entities; planned and structured S/4HANA rollouts from Fit-to-Standard through testing and go-live; coordinated test migrations, process testing, and executive reporting to CEO, CFO, and SVPs.
2021 – 2022 Energy Subproject Lead Migration Factory – Subproject Lead for the Data Migration Factory in the S/4HANA program of a DAX-30 company; designed and implemented an industrialized migration approach; coordinated client, SNP, and local rollout teams; tracked migration progress, defects, and go-live readiness as well as go-live cut-over.
