At Sidekick, we have therefore chosen a mix of team and individual trainings to ensure continuous learning.
On the one hand, we conduct training as a team once a year. Last year, we conducted a growth hacking workshop together and integrated the methodology directly into our daily work.
On the other hand, each employee receives one training per year, selected according to their own interests and areas of responsibility. This can be carried out either online or on site.
In addition to the two training sessions, each employee has a LinkedIn Learning Account to actively acquire new knowledge on a wide range of topics in their day-to-day work.
